The members of the Virginia Public School Authority (“VPSA”) will meet in the Treasury Board Room, 101 North 14th Street, 3rd Floor, Richmond, Virginia at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.


The general purpose of the meeting includes, without limitation, consideration of:

•	Approval of the September 11, 2025 Meeting Minutes;

•	Resolution approving local school division applications to the VPSA Pooled Bond Program;

•	Resolution regarding the issuance of VPSA School Financing Bonds (1997 Resolution) to make loans to Virginia localities to finance or refinance capital school projects;

•	Resolutions regarding the issuance of VPSA School Technology and Security Notes Series XIV;

•	Resolutions regarding the issuance of Special Obligation School Financing and Refunding Bonds Stafford County Series 2026;

•	Reports and such other business as may come before the Board.

Public comments will be received at the beginning of the meeting.
