DESCRIPTION:The Virginia Board of Medicine or a panel thereof, will conduct formal hearings to inquire into allegations that certain practitioners may have violated certain laws and regulations governing the practice of medicine and other healing arts. Further, the Board may review cases with staff for case disposition; including consideration of Consent Orders for settlement of matter pending before the Board.
