The meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be in-person only, and there will be no remote participation by any Commissioners. The format shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. 

The Board may also meet during meals before, during and after meetings. During its meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, the Commissioners will take a bus tour of properties in the area that have been assisted by Virginia Housing. The tour begins at approximately 2:45 PM.  

Public comments will be received at the beginning of the Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
