DESCRIPTION:The Soybean Board (Board) will discuss and select its two nominees for appointment to the United Soybean Board. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.  The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
