DESCRIPTION:The University of Virginia Board of Visitors Executive Compensation Committee will meet Monday, May 18, 2026 from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and consider elections, appointments, performance, promotions, and compensation of specific officers and employees.  

The meeting (open and closed sessions) will be held in Madison Hall in the President’s Conference Room located at 1827 University Avenue, Charlottesville VA 22903.  The meeting times of the committee are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings.
There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
