A regional meeting, including a regular meeting, of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held April 7-9, 2019, at the Martha Washington Inn & Spa, located at 150 West Main Street, Abingdon, Virginia 24210 and UVA-Wise Campus, 1 College Avenue, Wise, Virginia 24293. The meeting of the Board of Commissioners will commence on the dates, at the times, and in the rooms set forth: Martha Washington Inn, April 7, 3:00 p.m. Ballroom, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor/Martha Washington Inn April 8, 8:30 a.m., Ballroom, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor/UVA Wise Campus April 8, 2:30 p.m., Rhododendron Room/Martha Washington Inn, April 9, 8:30 a.m. Ballroom, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor. The Executive Committee of the Board of Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on April 7, 2019, in the Boardroom, Lobby Level, 2nd Floor. The Executive Committee and the Board may also meet during meals April 7-9, 2019. During its meeting on April 8, 2019, the Commissioners will take a bus tour of properties in the area which have been assisted by the Authority. The tour begins at 11:30 a.m. and ends at approximately 2:00 p.m. Public comment will not be received at the meetings listed above.
