The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Board of Visitors will hold a regular meeting April 11-12, 2019. All meetings will be held in the Minor Executive Board Room at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, unless otherwise indicated. On Thursday, April 11, the Board of Visitors are invited to attend a UMW Foundation orientation session at 3:00 p.m., in the UMW Foundation Conference Room, 1125 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 200, Fredericksburg, Virginia. At 5:00 p.m., Board members will hold a dinner meeting with the president at the Kalnen Inn at JAEC. On Friday, April 12, Board members will meet for breakfast at 7:45 a.m. in the Kalnen Inn at JAEC. The Board of Visitors meeting will commence at 8:30 a.m. in the Minor Executive Board Room. An appreciation luncheon for elected leaders of the Student Government Association will be held at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the Rappahannock Ballroom at the JAEC. Following lunch, committee meetings will resume for various University matters, including consideration of new rates for room, board, tuition and fees effective for the 2019-2020 academic year. A joint reception and dinner with the UMW Alumni Board of Directors will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Rappahannock Ballroom. No University business will be conducted by the Board at the evening event.
