Potomac Aquifer Recharge Oversight Committee Meeting

This is the first meeting of the Potomac Aquifer Recharge Oversight Committee (the Committee) established pursuant to Chapter 54 Virginia Acts of Assembly – 2019 Session. The Committee is responsible for ensuring that the SWIFT Project, including its effect on the Potomac Aquifer, is monitored independently. SWIFT Project stands for the Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow Project and is being conducted by the Hampton Roads Sanitation District. [Note: DEQ is announcing this meeting for the Committee as this is a new committee that has not yet established operating procedures.]
