The Virginia Port Authority Board of Commissioners Growth and Operations Committee will convene in open session to review features of the BoardEffect portal for online board materials. The Committee will then go into closed session in accordance with The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to discuss confidential/proprietary operational and business sensitive data.
