The University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors Executive Committee will meet on Friday, August 26, 2016, in the Minor Executive Board Room at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC), 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Lunch will be provided beginning at 12:00 noon in the Rectors’ Gallery at the JAEC, and the Executive Committee meeting will commence at 1:00 p.m. The primary purpose of the meeting is to establish the agenda for the September 2016 Board of Visitors meeting. No public comment will be taken. Members of the Board of Visitors are also invited to attend the Honor Convocation Ceremony sponsored by the UMW Honor Council to be held Friday, August 26, 2016, at 4:30 p.m., in the William M. Anderson Center Gymnasium, and other Welcome Week activities being held on the Fredericksburg campus. No University business will be conducted by the Board at these events.
