A Special Conference Committee, comprised of two or three members of the Board of Counseling or an Agency Subordinate, will conduct informal conferences with licensees and/or certificate holders to determine if there were any violations of the regulations that govern such practitioners. The Committee may also conduct informal conferences with applicants to determine eligibility. Public comment will not be received.
