The Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority will hold a Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in the First Floor Conference room of ODU IRP Building 2 located at 4211 Monarch Way, Norfolk, VA 23322. The meeting will commence at noon and end at 3:00 p.m. The general purpose of the meeting is to elect officers; brief the Spaceport’s operations, enhancements and technical status; review financials, UAS Runway construction progress, and STEM development. A closed Executive Session will be conducted to discuss prospective business, legal and personnel matters. The agenda and accompanying information will be distributed before meeting time.
