Education Committee Meeting - Electronic Conference Call

A meeting of the Education Committee of the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission (the “Commission”) will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider extensions and modifications of previous awards among other pertinent business matters. Due to the Governor’s declared state of emergency, the meeting will be held electronically because the nature of the emergency makes it impracticable and unsafe to assemble in a single location. In addition, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss or transact business statutorily required to continue the operations of the Commission. A recording or transcript of the meeting, as well as minutes, shall be posted on the Commission’s website as soon as practical after the conclusion of the meeting. There will also be an opportunity for public comment at both the beginning and prior to the conclusion of the meeting.
