VCSFA Board of Directors Special Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority will hold a meeting to be conducted electronically on Thursday, June 10, 2021. This meeting is assembled during a declared state of emergency when it is impracticable or unsafe to assemble a quorum in a single location to discuss or transact the business statutorily required or necessary to continue operation of the public body in accordance with Item 4-0.01.g of Chapter 1289 (2020 Acts of Assembly). The meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. and end at 10:45 a.m. Board members will participate remotely. There is no opportunity for public comment during this meeting. The meeting may be joined using the Zoom link or calling the telephone number listed above. In the event there is an interruption in the broadcast of the meeting, please call Kimberly Read at (757) 894-9272. A closed session will be conducted to discuss personnel matters relating to the CEO and Executive Director search process. The general purpose of the meeting is for the VCSFA Board of Directors to finalize the executive search process.
