The Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia will meet in retreat on Friday, August 27, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Athletic Dining Room of the John Paul Jones Arena located at 295 Massie Road, Charlottesville VA 22903. Entrance is through the 2nd level of the Arena parking garage (suite level). The retreat will continue on Saturday, August 28, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., in the same location. The retreat meeting will have both open and closed sessions. The meeting times are approximate, and the agenda is subject to change. Members of the public interested in attending may check with either our office or the Board Office to confirm information on the agenda. There will be a designated public seating area in the meeting room.
