The University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors will hold an in-person meeting on Thursday and Friday, November 18-19, 2021. All meetings will be held at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) Rappahannock Ballroom, 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, unless otherwise noted. On Thursday, November 18, the Board of Visitors will attend the Dedication of James Farmer Hall at 4:00 p.m. on the main campus (1301 College Avenue) in the James Farmer Hall building. A dinner meeting with the President will commence at 5:30 p.m. in the Rectors’ Gallery at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center. On Friday, November 19, Board members will gather for breakfast beginning at 7:45 a.m. in the Rectors’ Gallery. The Board of Visitors meeting will commence at 8:30 a.m. A lunch break will be taken at approximately 12:15 p.m. in the Rectors’ Gallery. Committee meetings will continue throughout the afternoon. This is a scheduled quarterly Board meeting to discuss University affairs and Board operations. This is an open meeting; however, no public comment will be taken.
