The Board meeting will begin with a training session for the recently created Microsoft Share Point Project Management Portal that will be launched later in 2016. The Board will hear and approve the meeting minutes of the August 11, 2016, meeting, review checkoff revenues, and discuss the Board’s current Financial Statement. In addition, representatives from Virginia Tech, the United Soybean Board, and the Virginia Soybean Association will provide reports to the Board. The nomination and election of 2017 officers will also take place at this meeting. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
