A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in the Board Room on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Development Authority Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia. Board orientation for new Commissioners will be conducted from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in Room 472 on the fourth floor. The following meetings of the committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held at such address at the dates and times and in the rooms set forth: Executive Committee, December 6, 2016, 5:45 PM, Board Room, First Floor/Audit Committee, December 7, 2016, 8:30 AM, Richmond 2, First Floor/Committee of the Whole, December 7, 2016, 8:45 AM, Board Room, First Floor. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals and before the meetings on December 6 and 7, 2016. Public comment is to be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled to commence on December 7, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. The Annual Meetings of the shareholders and the Board of Directors of Housing for Virginia, Inc., a corporation wholly owned by the Authority, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on December 7, 2016 in the Board Room at the address set forth above. Public comment is to be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Housing for Virginia, Inc.
