The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Board of Visitors will hold a quarterly meeting September 15-16, 2022. All meetings will be held in the Minor Executive Board Room at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, unless otherwise indicated. On Thursday, September 15, the Board of Visitors will participate in a tour of UMW beginning at 4:00 PM. At 6 PM, Board members will have a social dinner with the president in the Kalnen Inn at the JAEC. On Friday, September 16, Board members will meet for breakfast at 7:45 AM in the Kalnen Inn at JAEC. The Board of Visitors quarterly meeting will commence at 8:30 AM in the Minor Executive Board Room. At approximately 11:55 AM, Board members will break for lunch in the Rectors’ Gallery at the JAEC. Following lunch, committee meetings will resume in the Minor Executive Board Room. After the board meeting is concluded, the Board of Visitors will attend the Faculty Welcome Reception at Brompton, 704 Sunken Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia, weather permitting.
