Debt Capacity Advisory Committee Meeting

The members of the Debt Capacity Advisory Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. on the date above in the Treasury Board Conference Room, 3rd Floor, James Monroe Building, 101 North 14th Street, Richmond, Virginia. The general purpose of the meeting is to: (i) approve minutes of the December 16, 2022 Committee meeting; (ii) review the amount and condition of the Commonwealth’s tax-supported debt; (iii) review the amount and condition of bonds, notes and other security obligations of the Commonwealth’s agencies, boards and authorities for which the Commonwealth has a contingent or limited liability or for which the General Assembly is permitted to replenish reserve funds if deficiencies occur; (iv) enter closed meeting to consider potential economic development project; (v) consider its annual estimate to the Governor and the General Assembly of the maximum amount of new tax-supported debt that prudently may be authorized for the next 2-year period; and (vi) address other business as may come before the Committee.
