University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors Meeting

The University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors will hold a regular meeting February 16-17, 2017. On Thursday, February 16, an optional lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m. in the Rectors’ Gallery at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC), located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia. The regular Board of Visitors meeting will commence at 1:00 p.m. in the Minor Board Room at JAEC. Board members are invited to attend the Simpson Circle reception hosted by the Advancement Office on Thursday, February 16, beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Rappahannock Ballroom at JAEC. Board members are also invited to attend the William B. Crawley Great Lives Lecture Series program at 7:30 p.m., in Dodd Auditorium, George Washington Hall, 1301 College Avenue, Fredericksburg, Virginia. No University business will be conducted by the Board at either of these events. On Friday, February 17, at 7:45 a.m., Board members will have breakfast with the president in the Kalnen Inn at JAEC. Board committee meetings begin at 8:30 a.m., in the Minor Board Room and the Rappahannock Ballroom. A lunch break will occur at approximately 12:00 noon in the Rappahannock Ballroom at JAEC. Dinner with the president and cabinet will be held at 6:00 p.m., at Brompton, located at 704 Sunken Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia. No University business will be conducted by the Board at the evening event.
