A regional meeting, including a regular meeting, of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023, though Tuesday, April 25, 2023, on the dates, at the approximate times, and in the locations set forth below: Date: April 23, 2023 Time: 5:15p.m. -Dinner and Social Event Bolling Wilson Hotel 170 E. Main Street Wytheville, VA 24382 Date: April 24, 2023 Time: 8:45 a.m. -Board Meeting- SW Virginia Housing Office (morning) 105 E. Main Street, Wytheville, VA 24382 -Board Meeting- Bolling Wilson Hotel (afternoon) 170 E. Main Street Wytheville, VA 24382 Date: April 25, 2023 Time: 8:15 a.m. -Board Meeting- Bolling Wilson Hotel 170 E. Main Street Wytheville, VA 24382 The meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be in-person only, and there will be no remote participation by any Commissioners. The format shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. The Board may also meet during meals on April 23rd through April 25th, 2023. During its meeting on April 25, 2023, the Commissioners will take a bus tour of properties in the area which have been assisted by Virginia Housing. The tour begins at 8:15 a.m. Public comment will not be received at the meetings listed above.
