The Virginia Egg Council will present to the Virginia Egg Board a summary of the financial statements, audits and completed project. Proposed projects for the next fiscal year will be reviewed and approved. A review of the minutes from the Egg Board will be approved. The proposed budget for FY 2023-2024 will be presented and reviewed. A review of the projects will be presented as well as reports from VA Tech, Ag in the classroom and VA Poultry federation. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
