The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. The Board will review the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action for 2 VAC 5-455 (Regulation for Tradespersons Installing Invasive Plant Species). The Board will hear a budget update from the agency. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
