A representative from VHWDA will greet you and guide you to the Thalhimer Room on the second floor (elevators are available). Parking Information Free 2-hour on-street parking is available on Broad Street in front of the building, across the street from the building, and along Broad Street. Hourly paid street parking is available on 3rd and 4th Street. A paid parking lot is located between 4th and 5th Street on Broad Street. Please note that VHWDA will not be able to reimburse for parking expenses or violations.
