The Virginia Port Authority Board's Growth & Operations Committee will convene in open session on this date and time and will immediately go into closed session in accordance with The Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to discuss confidential proprietary information with regard to operations, commercial sales, and budgets.
