Reason:
The Virginia Board of Medicine or a panel thereof, will conduct formal hearings to inquire into allegations that certain practitioners may have violated certain laws and regulations governing the practice of medicine and other healing arts. Further, the Board may review cases with staff for case disposition; including consideration of Consent Orders for settlement of matter pending before the Board. The Board will meet in open and closed sessions pursuant to Virginia Code Sections 2.2-3711.A(7),(16) and/or (27). Public comment will not be received. Meeting Minutes
