Peanut Board

The minutes of the March 6, 2024 meeting will be heard and approved. The Board will review its financial statement and propose a budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Since this meeting is a fiscal year ending meeting, the Chairman’s Report, including information on the Board’s program accomplishments and expenses, will be presented. A Chairman will be appointed for the 2024-2025 year. Any other business will be heard and acted upon. This will be a joint meeting of the Virginia Peanut Board and the Virginia Peanut Growers Association Board of Directors. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
