This meeting is one of two biannual meetings for the VHESUAC Executive Council. During the meeting, representatives from universities and state agencies collaborate on the development of a statewide strategic plan for substance abuse prevention in higher education. This meeting will be held at Virginia ABC Headquarters in Mechanicsville.
