In person meeting. Open session followed by closed session. The start time for the Board of Directors meeting is approximate only. The meeting may begin either before or after the listed approximate start time as Board members are ready to proceed. There will be a public comment period during the meeting for a maximum of 30 minutes. The board will receive comments only on matters pertaining to the proposed agenda items. If you would like to offer public comment at the September 12th meeting, you must register by providing the following information via email sent to bod@vcuhealth.org: name, email and phone number, VCU Health System affiliation, (e.g. employee, resident or member of the public), and any request for reasonable accommodation. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak during the public comment period. You may also call Mary Tacconi, board administrator, at (804) 828-9962 to register. Speakers will proceed in the order of registration and should be online at the start of the meeting at 8:00 a.m. to facilitate meeting operations. Speakers will be limited to a maximum of three minutes each. Preference will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 10 individuals to register will have the opportunity to speak during the public comment period; individuals beyond the first 10 to register may submit written comments. Individuals unable to virtually attend the public comment period, or to provide comment during the allotted 30-minute period, may provide written comment via an email to bod@vcuhealth.org. To ensure adequate opportunity for informed public comment on the proposed agenda items, please submit comments by 5:00pm on Friday, March 15th. In accordance with board procedures, there will be no opportunity for public comment during the meeting other than during the public comment period.
