Corn Board

The Board will hear and approve previous meeting minutes, review checkoff revenues from the current fiscal year and will evaluate the 2024 corn crop and how it may impact the financial status of the Board. As well, representatives with the U.S. Grains Council, the National Corn Growers Association, Virginia Tech’s School of Plant & Environmental Sciences and the Virginia Grain Producers’ Association will provide reports to the Board. In addition, the nomination and election of 2025 officers will take place at this meeting. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation to participate at the meeting should contact the person’s name below at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
