The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors and VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors will hold an in-person meeting on Monday, Nov. 11, beginning at 3:15 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Ambulatory Outpatient Pavilion, 1001 East Leigh Street, 9th floor conference room, Richmond, VA 23219.
