The purpose of this meeting is to assist the Department in developing proposed regulation amendments concerning the Sewage Collection and Treatment (SCAT) Regulations, 9VAC25-790.The committee will meet to discuss issues and make recommendations concerning standards contained in 9VAC25-790 and other policies, procedures, and programs for regulating sewerage systems and treatment works.
