Rescheduled Meeting of the VGIN Advisory Board. This meeting will be held at Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) located at 600 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. There is metered street parking around the building and several parking lots in the area. The main entrance to the building is located at 7th and Main St. Security requires each guest to provide a picture ID at the Security desk. Once you check in with Security, you will be able to proceed to the 24th Floor where the Receptionist will point you to the DCR Board room.
