The University of Virginia Board of Visitors Audit, Compliance, and Risk Committee will meet Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in both open and closed session in Conference Rooms 244 & 246 in Carruthers Hall, located at 1001 Emmet Street North, Charlottesville, VA 22903. The meeting times of the committee are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. Open session of the meeting is open to the public. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
