Committees of the VCCS State Board will meet at the VCCS System Office in Richmond on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, in preparation for the Board’s business meeting the following day. Committees will meet Nov. 19 as follows: 11:15 am-12:30pm -Executive Committee meeting & lunch, Chancellor’s Conference Room 2702 12:45pm-2:15pm – Audit & Compliance Cmte. Room 3504 12:45pm-2:15pm – Strategic Partnerships Cmte. Room 3561 12:45pm-2:15pm – Workforce Education Cmte. Room 3563 2:30pm-4:15pm – Academic & Student Development Cmte. – Room 3563 2:30pm-4:15pm – Budget, Finance & Facilities Cmte. – Room 3561 2:30pm-4:15pm – Human Resources & Marketing Cmte. – Room 3504

Public comment will be received at each regular meeting of the Board following the approval of minutes of the preceding meeting and prior to committee reports. Individuals wishing to speak before the Board must notify the Office of the Chancellor at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled meeting. All remarks before the State Board for Community Colleges must be matters germane and relevant to the agenda of the day. Written comments may be provided in lieu of speaking at the meeting, and each speaker will be limited to a five-minute statement that will become a part of the public record.
