A meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee established to assist the Department of Environmental Quality in the development of a proposal for the reissuance of and amendments to the four existing Virginia Water Protection (VWP) General Permits in Chapters 9VAC25-660, 9VAC25-670, 9VAC25-680, and 9VAC25-690 of the Virginia Administrative Code. The notice of intended regulatory action was published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on October 21, 2024.
