The Board of Visitors will hold in-person committee meetings and a full board meeting on March 21, beginning at 8 a.m. at VCU Medical Center Critical Care Hospital, 1213 E. Clay St., Lambert Boardroom. The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions. The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference here: https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Details are below. 8 - 9 a.m.: Academic and Health Affairs Committee 9:15 - 10:45 a.m.: Finance and University Resources Committee 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.: VCU Board of Visitors All meetings will be a committee of the whole using procedural rules that are based on those of the committee, except that in this case the committee includes all members of the board. PUBLIC COMMENT There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the full board meeting on Friday, March 21. If you would like to offer public comment on the proposed agenda items at the March 21 meeting at 11 a.m., you should register by providing the following information via email to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation (e.g., student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), and request for reasonable accommodation if needed. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak at the March 2025 BOV meeting public comment. Speakers will proceed in the order of registration and should be in person at the start of the meeting at 11 a.m. Speakers may provide materials in advance if they wish to share with the Board of Visitors. Individuals unable to attend the public comment period or to provide comment may provide written comment via an open comment portal to ensure an adequate opportunity for informed public comment on the proposed agenda items.
