Commonwealth Savers Plan (formerly Virginia529) announces that the following in-person meetings will take place on March 27, 2025, in the following order: The Audit & Actuarial Committee, beginning at 8:30 a.m.; the Access Program Advisory Committee, beginning immediately following the conclusion of the previous meeting; the Commonwealth Savers Board, beginning at 1:30 p.m.; and the Compensation Committee, beginning immediately following the conclusion of the Board Meeting. Members of the public are welcomed to attend the meetings in person. The meetings will be held at Commonwealth Savers in the Commonwealth Boardroom at 9001 Arboretum Parkway, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23236. A copy of the proposed agenda and all agenda packets furnished to Committee members, unless exempt, can be obtained by sending a request for those materials to cmcgee@virginia529.com. Public comment will be accepted during the first ten minutes of each meeting. Commonwealth Savers shall not change the method by which it conducts these meetings unless a new meeting notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code §2.2-3707.
