The Virginia College Building Authority Board will meet at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 in the Treasury Board conference room located on the 3rd floor of the James Monroe Building at 101 N. 14th St. Richmond, VA. The general purpose of the meeting is the approval of the March 5, 2025 meeting minutes, the consideration of Regent University's application for financing through the Private School Financing Program, and any other business as may come before the Board.
