The format shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. However, per Virginia Housing’s Amended and Restated Policy Governing Electronic Participation in Board Meetings dated August 13, 2024, one or more Commissioners may participate in the Executive and Audit committee meetings from a remote location using electronic communication, as described above. The public may also utilize such links. FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH WEBEX LINKS: If the audio or video transmission of the meeting fails, please call Asa James at 804-778-0224. If unable to reach that contact person, contact alternate Virginia Housing staff at 804-584-4597 so that the Commissioners can be alerted, and the meeting recessed until such transmission issue is resolved. The Board may also meet during meals before, during and after meetings. During its meeting on April 28, 2025, the Commissioners will take a bus tour of properties in the area that have been assisted by Virginia Housing. The tour begins at approximately 2:45 PM. Public comment will not be received at the meetings listed above.
