The University of Virginia Board of Visitors will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to noon (Eastern Time) to discuss a faculty resignation personnel matter. The meeting will be in open and closed sessions and will be all-virtual, held by electronic communication means. The method by which the Board of Visitors chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board of Visitors provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code §2.2-3707. The open session can be accessed through the following link: https://bov.virginia.edu/live. The meeting times are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
