Please note that all attendees will be required to undergo the Perimeter Center’s standard security protocols, including a metal detector, to enter the meeting room. Signs or posters are permitted, but may not be attached to any poles or sticks and may not be affixed to any walls. Individuals are expected to purport themselves with decorum and in a courteous, civil manner. This includes respect for all public commenters, members of the Board of Health, Virginia Department of Health staff, security personnel, and all others. The meeting will be livestreamed via the Microsoft Teams link included in the Town Hall posting. Members of the public must attend the meeting in-person in order to provide comment. A sign-up sheet for individuals wishing to address the Board during the public comment period will be available in the Board Room. Each individual will be allowed to put only one name on the sign-up sheet. Individuals wishing to address the Board during the public comment period must be present in Boardroom 2 when their name is called. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a maximum capacity of approximately 100 members of the public, which is enforced by the Fire Marshal and cannot be exceeded.
