Commonwealth Savers Plan, formerly Virginia College Savings Plan, announces that an open, in-person meeting of the Commonwealth Savers Plan Board and all its committees: the Investment Advisory Committee, the Audit & Actuarial Committee, the Compensation Committee, the RetirePath Virginia Program Advisory Committee and the Access Advisory Committee will take place on October 23, 2025 commencing at 8:30 a.m. The meeting, which is scheduled to run for the entire day until 5:00 p.m. except for a lunch break, will be held in the Shenandoah Ballroom B at the Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center, 710 S. Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801. The lunch break will begin at 12:15 p.m. and last until 1:30 p.m. in the Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center’s Allegheny Ballroom, 710 S. Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801. A copy of the meeting agenda and the agenda packet furnished to the Board and committee members can be obtained, unless exempt, by sending an email request to cmcgee@commonwealthsavers.com. Public comment will be accepted during the first ten minutes of the meeting. Commonwealth Savers Plan shall not change the method by which it conducts these presentations unless a new meeting notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code §2.2-3707.
