Commonwealth Savers Plan, formerly Virginia College Savings Plan, announces that the following open, in-person meetings will take place on October 24, 2025 in the following order: The Investment Advisory Committee meeting at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Commonwealth Savers Plan Board meeting at 9:30 a.m. or immediately after the previous meeting. The meeting will be held in the Shenandoah Ballroom A at the Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center, 710 S. Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801. Public comment will be accepted during the first ten minutes of each meeting. A copy of the meeting agendas and all agenda packets furnished to the Committee members can be obtained, unless exempt, by sending an email request to cmcgee@commonwealthsavers.com. Commonwealth Savers Plan shall not change the method by which it conducts this meeting unless a new meeting notice is provided in accordance with the provisions of Virginia Code ยง2.2-3707.
