The December 2025 VICC meeting is being held on December 10, 2025, at Varina Library, 1875 New Market Road, Richmond, VA 23231. The time is 10:00-3:00. The meeting is face-to-face. Members, please email April Johnson at april.johnson@dbhds.virginia.gov if you are unable to attend in person. This will enable us to determine the number of voting members and if a quorum will be present. Public comment begins at 11:00AM.
