The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Board of Visitors will hold a quarterly meeting November 20-21, 2025. All meetings will be held in the Minor Executive Board Room at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, unless otherwise indicated. On Thursday, November 20 at 3 PM, Board members will attend breakout committee discussions in the Minor Executive Board Room and the Rappahannock Ballroom at the JAEC. At 5:30 PM, the Board of Visitors will dine with President Paino at Brompton located at 704 Sunken Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia. On Friday, November 21, Board members and President Paino will meet for breakfast at 7:45 AM in the Kalnen Inn at the JAEC. The Board of Visitors quarterly meeting will commence at 8:30 AM in the Minor Executive Board Room. At approximately 12 PM, Board members will break for lunch in the Rappahannock Ballroom at the JAEC. Following lunch, committee meetings will resume in the Minor Executive Board Room. This will be available until the electronic communication concludes at the end of the meeting. These are open meetings. No public comment will be taken during the committee discussion or the quarterly meeting.
