Public Notice – Summary of Comments Public Hearing

PURPOSE OF HEARING: To obtain input on the Summary of Public Comments and the Department’s Responses from individuals who previously commented, either in person at the draft permit public hearings or in writing during the public comment period. No new information will be accepted at the hearing. PERMIT NAME: Virginia Air Pollution Control Prevention of Significant Deterioration Permit No 50396; Chesterfield Energy Reliability Center HOW TO COMMENT: DEQ will accept written and oral comments at this public hearing. To make a statement at the public hearing regarding the Department’s public comment summary and responses, write your name on a sign-in sheet available at the hearing. You may sign up only for yourself. The time allowed for each statement is set by the hearing officer. If you plan to speak, please bring a written version in case the hearing must end prior to your opportunity to speak. Written and oral comments will only be received during the hearing. The public may review the Department’s public comment summary and responses on the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall, DEQ website, or at the DEQ Office named below.
