A regular meeting of the Commission to consider industry issues, distributor licensing, base transfers, and reports from staff. The Commission will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business. The method by which the Commission chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Commission provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
