Virginia College Building Authority Board Meeting

The general purpose of the meeting includes, without limitation, consideration of: • Approval of the October 28, 2025, Meeting Minutes; • Consideration of Issuance of VCBA Educational Facilities Revenue and Refunding Bonds (21st Century College and Equipment Programs), Series 2026AB; • Consideration of a Motion to Adopt VCBA Remote Meeting Policy Regarding Electronic Participation in Board Meetings; and • Such other business as may come before the VCBA. Public comments will be received at the beginning of the meeting. A public comment form prepared by the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council in accordance with Section 30-179 of the Code of Virginia is available by contacting Leslie English at (804) 371-0341.
